Have you been dying to join us for one of our wellbeing retreats but haven’t had the time to get away, well we are now providing half day retreats!

Our half day retreats aim to equip you with skills and knowledge to help you achieve your goals and improve your health.  Dr Samantha Clarke (PhD) will help you to understand and address the barriers that have been impeding you from living the life you want. We will end the retreat with a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) around the beautiful Noosa river.

Build skills for vitality and resilience 

Learn key psychological skills that will enhance mood, promote wellbeing and help to manage difficult thoughts and emotions.

Explore the Noosa River

We like to finish the day with mindful movement as we paddleboard along the beautiful Noosa River.

Nourish your body

Enjoy delicious nutritious snacks and lunch with the right combination of protein, healthy fats and vegetables, created by Whole-Life Foods.

9am - 12pm, followed by SUP from 1pm - 2pm
