Have you been dying to join us for one of our wellbeing retreats but haven’t had the time to get away, well we are now providing half day retreats!
Our half day retreats aim to equip you with skills and knowledge to help you achieve your goals and improve your health. Dr Samantha Clarke (PhD) will help you to understand and address the barriers that have been impeding you from living the life you want. We will end the retreat with a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) around the beautiful Noosa river.
