MBR offers fun and effective personal training. We are proud to offer a range of services aimed at meeting the individuals where they are at and helping them to achieve not only their fitness goals but to enhance an overall sense of vitality, energy, and passion for life.  MBR incorporates psychological strategies to help you to reach your health goals and push through mental barriers. We are proud members of Fitness Australia and ensure all of our training is safe, professional and cutting edge.

Group fitness includes circuit classes, interval training, and Bootybarre classes.  We also specialize in stretching and recovery techniques to maximize your results. Enjoy boutique-training experiences with small classes of no more than 4 participants.
